Terms of Use

This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails if the two differ.

1. Acceptance

By using LivePocket you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app. The service is provided by ArkLabs, the developer of LivePocket (contact: contato@livepocket.com.br).

2. What LivePocket does

The app encodes your phone's video and audio once and sends it to the networks you connect (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok), and offers features such as alerts, frames, "Be right back" screens and integration with payment platforms for donations.

3. Who can use it

• People aged 18 or older.
• You must already have live streaming enabled on each network you want to use. Each network has its own requirements (account age, followers, account type, access to streaming from apps). LivePocket does not enable live streaming on accounts the network hasn't enabled.
• On TikTok, streaming from third-party apps depends on access granted by TikTok itself.

4. Your account

Access is through your Google account. You are responsible for the network accounts you connect and for keeping your device secure. Let us know if you suspect misuse.

5. Your content and the networks' rules

• The content of your streams is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.
• You must follow the law and each network's terms: copyright, music, content for minors, advertising and community guidelines.
• When you use YouTube through LivePocket, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Don't use the app for spam, fraud, illegal content or to get around the networks' rules.

The networks may limit, interrupt or end streams and accounts at their own discretion. LivePocket is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Twitch, Meta or TikTok, and does not control these platforms.

6. Plans, free trial and payments

• The plans (Duo, Trio and Total) set how many networks each stream can go out to at the same time.
• The 3-day free trial is available once per Google account and once per social network profile.
• The subscription is monthly, charged and renewed by Google Play, which also handles cancellations and refunds, under its rules and Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
• Visual items (frames, alerts, sounds, screens) and XP packs you buy are licenses to use within the app, tied to your account, with no cash value.

7. Donations

Donations are made through the payment platform you integrate (e.g. PurinCash) and go straight to your account on that platform. LivePocket does not receive, hold or transfer money, and is not responsible for charges, chargebacks, taxes or disputes between you, the donor and the payment platform.

8. Availability

We work to make the app run well, but streams depend on your internet connection, your device and the networks. We don't guarantee that every stream will work without drops, or that the networks will keep the features we use. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice when it affects what you paid for.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LivePocket is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, loss of audience or sponsorship due to stream drops, or for the social networks' decisions about your accounts. Nothing here removes the rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

10. Termination

You can stop using the app and ask for your account to be deleted at any time (how to do it). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

If these Terms change in an important way, we'll let you know in the app before they take effect.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
