1. Who we are

LivePocket is an Android app that streams live to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok at the same time. LivePocket is developed by ArkLabs, which is responsible for processing the data (the controller, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD"). 2. Data we handle

What we don't do: we don't receive or record the video and audio of your streams (they go from the phone straight to the networks), we don't ask for or store your social network passwords, we don't collect donors' tax IDs (CPF) and we don't use your data for advertising.

Device permissions: camera and microphone (to stream) and, when you ask for it, screen capture (for scenes with the phone's screen). They are used only during the live stream and only to send it to the networks you chose.

3. What we use it for

• Making the app work (performance of a contract): creating and ending streams on your networks, showing status, alerts and the stream's results.
• Charging for and unlocking the plan and items (performance of a contract): checking the subscription, the free trial (one per Google account and one per social network profile) and purchases.
• Donations (performance of a contract): showing the alert on the stream, reading the message aloud if you turn that on and adding up the goal.
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest): preventing abuse of the free trial and unauthorized access.
• Complying with the law (legal obligation), when a competent authority requests it.

4. Social networks and APIs

You choose which networks to connect and can disconnect at any time in the app (Profile → Connected accounts) or on the network itself.

• YouTube, Twitch and Facebook: we use each network's official sign-in and APIs, only with the permissions needed to create the stream, get the stream URL, update the title and category and, when available, read stream events (new followers, subscribers, comments) to show alerts.
• Instagram and TikTok: they have no live streaming API. The app opens the network's official page, where you sign in with your account. The session is kept only on your phone and you can sign out at any time in the app.

Your use of each network also follows that network's terms and privacy policy. LivePocket is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Twitch, Meta or TikTok.

5. YouTube and Google

LivePocket uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the data accessed by the app is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

With your authorization, the app accesses your channel to create live broadcasts, get the address the video is sent to, start and end the stream and read information about it (such as the number of viewers and membership events). This data is used only for that, is not sold or shared with third parties, and the use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke LivePocket's access at any time on your Google Account connections page. When you revoke or disconnect, we delete the stored authorizations within 30 days.

6. Who we share it with

• The networks you connect, to create and broadcast the stream.
• Google Play, for the subscription and purchases (we don't receive your card details).
• The payment platform you integrate (e.g. PurinCash), to generate the Pix charges for donations in your account. The money goes straight to you; LivePocket does not receive or hold any funds.
• Infrastructure: Cloudflare (network and protection) and the server that runs our system. These providers process data only to provide the service.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Some of these services may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD.

7. Where and for how long

The data stays on your device and on our server, protected by Cloudflare. We keep it while your account exists. When you delete your account, we erase it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep longer (for example, application access logs, for 6 months, under Brazil's Internet Civil Framework, the "Marco Civil da Internet") and the minimal record of free trial use, kept to prevent fraud.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of the authorizations and keys stored on the server, restricted server access and data minimization. We ask that the payment key be created without withdrawal permission, so it can only be used to create charges.

9. Your rights (LGPD)

You can ask for: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions. Just write to contato@livepocket.com.br. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. How to delete your data

See the Data deletion page. In short: in the app, under Profile, use "Sign out" and disconnect your networks; to delete the whole account, send an email to contato@livepocket.com.br from your Google account's email address.

11. Minors

LivePocket is for people aged 18 or older, the same age the networks require for live streaming. We don't knowingly collect data from children; if we find out, we delete it.

12. Changes and contact
