Data deletion

This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails if the two differ.

Disconnect a network

In the app, open Profile → Connected accounts and tap Disconnect (YouTube, Twitch, Facebook) or Log out (Instagram, TikTok). This deletes that network's session and authorization from the app. You can also remove access on the network itself:

• Google/YouTube: Google Account → Connected apps and services
• Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites
• Twitch: Settings → Connections

Delete the whole account

Send an email to contato@livepocket.com.br with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address of the Google account you use on LivePocket. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email. We keep only what the law requires and the minimal record of free trial use, to prevent fraud, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Data on your phone

When you uninstall the app, the data stored on the device (including Instagram and TikTok sessions and stream keys) is deleted by Android.
